Cancellation Policy
Eligibility For Cancellation:
Customers can cancel their orders based on the following criteria:
Order Status:
- Only orders with a “Failed” or “Pending Payment” status are eligible for cancellation.
- Orders with an “On Hold”, “Processing”, or “Completed” status cannot be canceled.
Please ensure you check your order status to determine eligibility for cancellation.
Notice: Adoldia and our sellers reserve the right to cancel any order at any time and for any reason, without prior notification to the customer.
Cancellation Process
How To Cancel The Order?
- Go to Shopping > My Orders > All Orders.
- Find the order you want to cancel in the All Orders table.
- Under the “Actions” section, locate the “Cancel” button next to the order you want to cancel.
- Click on the “Cancel” button to cancel the order.
Clicking the “Cancel” button immediately cancels the order, preventing it from being completed on our end and removing the option to reorder it. No further actions are required after this.
Refund Policy
Please note that we do not offer refunds on any orders. All sales are final, and once an order is placed, it cannot be refunded.
Return Policy

Exchange Policy
