Shipping Costs
As of now, Free Shipping will be applied to all products from all sellers. Customers can always check shipping charges on the Cart and Checkout pages.
We are working on providing sellers with the option to set shipping charges soon, and we’ll notify customers by updating the shipping policy.
Expected Delivery Time
The expected delivery time varies depending on the seller. Customers can check the estimated delivery time for each product on the Product Details page, under the Shipping Policy section.
Order Tracking
How To Track The Order?
- Go to Shopping > My Orders > All Orders.
- Find the order you want to track in the All Orders table.
- Under the “Status” section, you will see Order Status next to the order you want to track. Or,
- Under the “Actions” section, locate the “View” button next to the order you want to track.
- Click the “View” button to open the Order Details page. On the Order Details page, you’ll see the Order Status at the very top of the page.
Available Shipping Locations
As of now, we only sell and ship products within India. We are working on expanding to more locations soon.
If you’d like to request shipping to a specific location, please contact us. Your feedback will help us prioritize shipping locations based on customer demand.
Delayed Orders
We will try our best to ensure your products reach you within the expected delivery time. If your order has not arrived by the expected delivery time, you may contact us by email at adoldiaapp@gmail.com, or by Contact Page. We will try our best to resolve your issues.
